DESCRIPTION:Marketing work rarely happens in a straight line. A campaign mo
 ves between requesters\, strategists\, creators\, reviewers\, approvers\,
agencies\, and channel owners—often losing context at every handoff. Infor
 mation sits across briefs\, emails\, meetings\, spreadsheets\, and project
-management tools\, creating delays\, duplicated work\, and preventable re
work. Becoming an Agentic Marketer starts with seeing this work as a syste
m.In this hands-on session\, participants will map a real marketing workfl
ow before selecting an AI tool or attempting to automate it. Using Whimsic
 al\, Miro\, FigJam\, or another whiteboarding tool\, they will visualize h
ow information enters the workflow\, where decisions are made\, who review
s and approves the work\, what causes delays\, and where critical context
is lost. They will then redesign the workflow as an agentic marketing syst
em—determining where an agent could gather context\, enrich information\,
identify missing inputs\, prepare work for the next person\, route decisio
ns\, and preserve knowledge across handoffs while marketers retain respons
ibility for strategy\, judgment\, and approval. No coding or prior agent-b
uilding experience is required.Group rates: CMA offers special rates for g
