Summit Course Spring 2022

How to:

  • Identify and synthesize an organization’s core competencies, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats
  • Prepare a customer profile/persona that clearly identifies the recommended customer segments
  • Build an implementation plan with key marketing tactics and corresponding budget requirements
  • Outline the importance of active listening skills, personality understanding, and conflict negotiation when leading a team.
  • Prepare a comprehensive individual presentation slide deck on problem, alternatives considered, final recommendation, financial implications and marketing implementation plan
 

Open to participants in the Chartered Marketer program who have successfully completed Applied Marketing Core 3 plus at least one elective.

Cancellation of enrollment must be received in writing (e-mail is acceptable) no later than 7 days before the start date of the course. An amount of 10% of the course fee (incl. HST) will be deducted to meet administration costs, and the remainder will be refunded.

Registrations cancelled within 7 days of the course start date will NOT be refunded. Requests for deferral should be made in writing (email is acceptable). All deferral requests must be received prior to the start of week 3. Learners may only defer to the next available semester.
