After earning a PhD in Economics, Grace had leading roles at Mindshare, Millward Brown, Holmes & Cook, Mediacom, PHD and OMD. In 2010 she founded magic numbers. She’s won twelve IPA Effectiveness awards plus a Cannes Grand Prix.
