DEI Committee
The CMA DEI Committee works to eliminate systemic barriers and provoke real change in Canadian marketing. This includes:
- Helping to design and interpret research that aims to understand how diverse, equitable and inclusive the Canadian marketing community is, and how we can cultivate change.
- Developing best practices for setting achievable goals, shifting company culture, hiring and onboarding diverse talent, and measuring results.
- Bringing mentorship opportunities to marketers from diverse backgrounds in the early stages of their career.
- Developing thought leadership content and events to encourage dialogue and raise awareness.
