How are we different?

CMA will design, develop, and deliver classes and program for the unique training needs of your business. Training can take place at one of our sites, virtually, at your office, or at an off-site location that provides for uninterrupted education.

We will adapt our existing programs or create an entirely new program tailored to your unique staff needs. Our pool of training consultants are recognized leaders in their fields. They are experienced and dedicated instructors who will help you identify and address your training needs. How many people can participate in a customized training session?

The recommended minimum for customized training is 10 individuals, and the recommended maximum is 35.

We can accommodate select training requests even if the participant count is not within the recommended range. Please contact learning@thecma.ca with the specifics of your team to discuss this further.

Where does customized training take place?

Customized training can take place either virtually or in person. For in-person training, organizations have the option of hosting it at the CMA office (145 Wellington St. W, Suite 203, Toronto, M5J 1H8) or at their own offices.

How is the content for a customized training session developed?

The content for customized training is created based on the objectives of the requesting organization, in collaboration with our expert facilitators and the CMA learning team.

Organizations start by submitting a customized training proposal, which is then reviewed by a member of our learning team. After the initial review, a meeting will be organized to: a) discuss the team's objectives, experience, and familiarity with the desired topic; b) discuss the logistics of organizing the training; and c) provide a quote. If you are satisfied, we will then organize content-planning meetings with your facilitator, where you can review the content they have developed and make recommendations.

Do we receive supplementary materials from a customized training session?

Yes, if any supplemental materials were included by your facilitator, they will be provided after the session. Where applicable, we also provide training slides and recordings.
