How long can I access the training? 
You have 2 weeks of access from the moment you first open the training in D2L. You'll receive periodic reminders as your access period nears expiration. 

Are there any assessments or exams? 
No. Like our live seminar trainings, these programs focus on learning rather than testing. You will need to complete a brief experience survey at the end to access your completion certificate. 

Can I contact or engage with the facilitator? 
Direct engagement with facilitators is not available for on-demand trainings. If you are interested in interactive learning with facilitator access, please explore our live training seminars. 

Do I receive a certificate upon completion? 
Yes. Once you've completed all lessons and submitted the feedback survey, you can download your official completion certificate.

We will provide refunds for cancellation requests received within 7 days of purchase for any on-demand training which has not been accessed and/or opened. Any on-demand trainings which have been accessed and/or opened are no longer eligible for refunds. To cancel, a learner will select 'credit request' in MyBillings and select 'refund', refunds will be issued to the source of payment and may take up to 4 weeks to be completed.
