Brent Chaters is a Managing Director in Accenture Interactive and Leads our Marketing Activation team in Canada. Brent is responsible for expanding and creating world class customer experiences for our clients across Marketing, Customer Retention, and Customer Acquisition.
Brent’s been a big advocate of inclusion and diversity through out his career. He helped establish Intuits first Women’s Network. Through his partnering with the CMA (Canadian Marketing Association) he looked to establish a diverse working group, and through Accenture he continues to promote in his own teams diversity and inclusion and leads the Indigenous ERG.
Brent’s background comes with over a decade of client side experiences leading teams and driving digital adoption, including his time at HP, launching the first Paid Media, first social media and first mobile experiences across all of HP. He has also spent time in the B2B space leading the marketing organization at Intuit Canada and driving a connection between Marketing, Sales and Customer care, reinventing how the company went to market, and driving a shift in product mix and channel mix to maximize both Revenue and active, happy customers.
Brent earned a Bachelor of Arts from McMaster University and did a Post Graduate in Interactive Multimedia at Sheridan College. He is the Author of “Mastering Search Analytics” and co-Author of “Multichannel Marketing Ecosystems”. He has taught the digital marketing curriculum for Harvard in partnership with ISDI for the Global Executive Master Digital Business course.
