This training equips marketing professionals with essential emotional intelligence skills to enhance leadership effectiveness and career growth. Participants will learn to leverage emotional intelligence for better influence, decision-making, and role effectiveness. The training will also provide the tools to manage stress, navigate conflicts confidently, and build strong connections through improved communication and empathy. Attendees will also develop self-awareness to recognize and manage emotional triggers, ultimately fostering improved team dynamics and positioning themselves as impactful leaders in complex environments.

Christina is a passionate trainer and coach, committed to developing well rounded, authentic leaders. Her approach helps them to build on their strengths, gain confidence and strive for balance and wellness in work and life. Her genuine desire to see people achieve their best and reach their full potential as leaders has put many people onto a positive path of self-discovery and growth.
During her corporate career in association management, Christina became an advocate for women leaders, recognizing the unique challenges they face as they advance in their careers. In 2010, she set out to solve this problem by launching Scala Network, an organization offering innovative leadership training programs for women that combine practical skills development with inspirational mentors and networking opportunities. The tremendous response to the Take the Lead programs has led to customized in-house training courses for companies. As well, Scala Network continues to create new opportunities to encourage dialogue and learning within its community.

No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than ten (10) business days prior to the training date. If you registered for a training but are unable to attend, substitutions* are welcome any time prior to the original registration training date at no extra cost.
*Substitutions refer to the transfer of a registration from one individual to a colleague
