Belinda Baugniet is a dynamic and results-oriented marketing professional with over 20 years of B2B and B2C marketing experience in the digital media, tourism, entertainment, and retail sectors. With a strong background in marketing and sales, Belinda currently holds the position of Senior Manager, Sales Marketing at Roku.

Prior to her role at Roku, Belinda has amassed an impressive track record, having worked at renowned companies leading Canadian marketing partnerships for such as Amazon, Rakuten, and Yahoo. During her tenure at these organizations, she showcased her comprehensive expertise in leading successful revenue-driving and customer-building marketing initiatives.

Laura Chaibi, Director, International Ad Marketing & Insights, Roku

With 20+ years’ media experience, Laura Chaibi is an award winning Chartered Marketer (CIM qualified) from London Metropolitan University.  From Vancouver Canada, she’s pioneered digital media measurement globally and is at Roku to scale Streaming TV.  She’s managed over $200m of insights and marketing budgets while working for Yahoo, Orange France Telecom, BBC, AOL and Nielsen.

Laura is a Board Member of WIRe, Women in Research Executives, an ESOMAR Member, and International Editor for the Institute for Practitioners in Advertising (IPA) training courses.  She judges the Effies, WARC Strategy, WARC Cannes Lions, IPA effectiveness awards and i-com data creativity awards.

Joyce Lee

Joyce Lee is the Head of Product Marketing for Roku international advertising, evangelizing Connected TV + Streaming to new audiences.

At Roku, Joyce has used her background in ad tech, TV, data and global management to launch 3 new markets, 2 product lines and product stewardship to the effect of annual triple-digital growth for Roku International ads.

Joyce is a US based Aussie (g’day!). Her professional philosophy is to be curious - never stop asking, analyzing, learning but above all, always be a good partner to those around her. Outside of work, Joyce produces community art events and is working on Yoshi, a 97 Daihatsu kei truck, with her partner Ben.


Chris Williams
CMO, Arima Data

Chris has been a pioneer in digital advertising for 30 years. He is a past President of IAB Canada and was VP Digital at the Association of Canada Advertisers in addition to many years at ad agencies BBDO and Havas. He held varied positions such as copywriter, art director, media strategist, managing director and consultant.

Chris participates in many trade associations such as the CMA, ACA, CIMM, MRC and the WFA and was a member of the Board of Directors at Destination Ontario and IAB Canada.

He is currently the CMO at Arimadata, a Canadian startup which developed North America’s first Synthetic Society which is the foundation of an advanced data science platform.


Andrew Tindall

After managing brands at Diageo and Bacardi Martini, Andrew leads thought leadership and Global Partnerships at System1.
