A copywriter by training, a creative director by experience, and a storyteller at heart, Rob has lent his creativity, leadership and strategic acumen to the creation and execution of marketing programs for over 25 years. Renowned for making the complex simple and the simple compelling, Rob has extensive experience generating ideas for a wide array of marketing initiatives and has won creative awards in content, interactive, advertising, CRM, direct mail and screenwriting.
Rob first developed his brainstorming workshop 20 years ago when tasked with developing a naming process for new magazine titles. He continues to evolve and improve the workshop as brainstorming techniques and tools like AI themselves evolve.
A dual national, Rob has worked with some of marketing’s most successful companies on both sides of the border: Meta, McDonald’s, Apple, Roche, Hilton Worldwide, Johnson & Johnson, Mazda and, Kraft to name drop a few. His well-credentialed reputation is that of a highly strategic creative thinker, a deft writer, and an engaging presenter who has a penchant for storytelling.
Founder of Tait Strategy & Storytelling, Rob currently works with Meta (Facebook & Instagram) out of their NYC office on a number of work streams as varied as News Partnerships Marketing, Equity, Culture and Social Impact Marketing, and Facebook Brand for Creators marketing.
Rob offers subject matter expertise in several marketing and creative related pursuits: copywriting, content & brand strategy, presentation skills, design & speaker notes development, name ideation, and brainstorming & meeting facilitation.
Cancellation or transfer of registration must be received by e-mail to learning@thecma.ca no later than ten (10) business days prior to the date of the training to receive a full refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than ten (10) business days prior to the training date. If you registered for a training but are unable to attend, substitutions* are welcome any time prior to the original registration training date at no extra cost.
*Substitutions refer to the transfer of a registration from one individual to a colleague
