This 90-minute introductory course is designed for senior marketers at the Canadian Marketing Association, aiming to demystify AI agents and explore their relevance to the marketing field. The course provides an accessible overview of what AI agents are, their key functionalities, and how they’re being used in real-world scenarios. This session is not about the math, coding or complex details, it’s intended to provide you a basic understanding of what AI agents are, why they are important, and how they will impact marketing. Through clear explanations and practical demonstrations, participants will cut through the hype and demystify AI agents while also ensuring and understanding of an ethical approach to implementation.

No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than ten (10) business days prior to the training date. If you registered for a training but are unable to attend, substitutions* are welcome any time prior to the original registration training date at no extra cost.
