Kavita Chan is currently the Vice President of Research at Captivate overseeing measurement, attribution, and Captivate’s research panel of 6,000 business professionals across the United States and Canada. Kavita has 20+ years of media experience across Local, National, and Syndicated television as well as the Out-of-Home space. Kavita is a strong mentor and relationship builder focused on talent development.

Jennifer is a renowned global keynote speaker, workshop creator/leader, coach and consultant. She recently keynoted Ad:Tech Tokyo and the NJ Conference for Women; was honored as the inaugural global 'Driver of Diversity' by Captivate, and named "Woman of Achievement" by the Princeton Mercer Chamber of Commerce.

Jennifer actively supports various non-profit organizations serving underrepresented communities, including Working for Women, WBENC’s SAGE program, Impact100, NextUp, Executive Women of NJ, and the Diversity Alliance for Science.

Before Wet Cement, Jennifer gained extensive experience leading sales, strategy and marketing for media and adtech companies including The Trade Desk, WebMD, Everyday Health, Yahoo, and AOL. She also has a background as a TV news anchor and reporter. Her undergraduate degree and Diversity and Inclusion certification are both from Cornell University. She is currently the Director, Integrated Marketing for Microsoft Americas where she leads a world-class team of modern marketers who inspire and empower organizations and consumers across the Americas Region (Canada, US & LATAM) to achieve more with innovative technology solutions. To realize this mission, Ashmita spearheads the Integrated Marketing Campaigns Team to drive strategic marketing, planning, execution, product launches, ABM, and optimization across the connected customer journey for the company’s multi-billion-dollar Commercial Cloud portfolios: Azure Infrastructure, Data & AI, Digital Application Innovation, Modern Work, Surface, Copilot, Security & Business Applications.
