She is currently the Director, Integrated Marketing for Microsoft Americas where she leads a world-class team of modern marketers who inspire and empower organizations and consumers across the Americas Region (Canada, US & LATAM) to achieve more with innovative technology solutions. To realize this mission, Ashmita spearheads the Integrated Marketing Campaigns Team to drive strategic marketing, planning, execution, product launches, ABM, and optimization across the connected customer journey for the company’s multi-billion-dollar Commercial Cloud portfolios: Azure Infrastructure, Data & AI, Digital Application Innovation, Modern Work, Surface, Copilot, Security & Business Applications. This work connects with organizations of all sizes from large enterprises to small business and startups, across all industries and audiences from the C-Suite, business & technical decision makers to developers and consumers across the Americas region.

She also holds Committee Member position on the Canadian Marketing Association B2B Marketing Council and can be often found speaking about all things marketing at various conferences and universities.
