No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than ten (10) business days prior to the training date. If you registered for a training but are unable to attend, substitutions* are welcome any time prior to the original registration training date at no extra cost.

My career spans roles at Google, DoubleClick, Indigo Books & Music, and Epsilon, with a proven track record in project management and driving business growth. I hold a Commerce Degree in Computer Information Systems from Ryerson University, a Business Diploma in Marketing from St. Lawrence College, and am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Having lived in both New York City and Buenos Aires, I bring a global perspective to my work.
