With over two and a half decades at the intersection of customer experience and journey design, Scott has operated in the dynamic world of advertising with a constant focus on understanding human behavior and digital engagement. His time spent at agencies like Publicis, Cheil, and Performance Art has been defined by connecting brands with their audiences in meaningful and relevant ways.

At FCBSIX/Performance Art, he played a pivotal role in winning and leading strategy for the BMW North America CRM account, optimizing a complex multi-journey CRM program that aligned with the premium automotive brand's promise.
