Darcy is a skilled technology and analytics leader with more than 20 years' experience leading specialized practices and managing distributed teams. He leads Marketing Technology, Data Science and Data Engineering at OMG. With expertise in data onboarding and identity management, and a team of data scientists and engineering experts, he helps client connect their technology and data assets with Omni - an open operating system that helps clients orchestrate better business outcomes. Darcy brings a wealth of client success and best practices from diverse sectors, such as automotive OEM, insurance, consumer goods and QSR.
Paul Lacap

Paul has led marketing, communications and technology initiatives within complex, multidisciplinary organizations. His work has directly supported the world’s largest brands in technology, beverage, entertainment, food, pharmaceutical, restaurant, sports and retail. Recently, Paul led Manitoba’s largest public sector digital transformation at the University of Manitoba. He then took a leadership role at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) as the head of marketing, recruitment and digital.
Paul believes that marketing can lead and transform organizations and industry. He is a Chartered Marketer (CM) and a founding member and past Chair of the Martech Council with the Canadian Marketing Association.
