Managing change can be challenging, and in today’s work environment, it’s compounded by the speed and volume of those changes. In the past year alone, companies have weathered massive upheavals and changes, and it’s not just enough to “hang on.” As a leader navigating and facilitating change, you’re not immune to the personal impact it can have.
On one hand, you need to motivate and inspire your teams, and on the other, you need to maintain your own energy and emotions. Emotional intelligence plays a key role in this balance, helping you stay self-aware, regulate your responses, and remain attuned to the needs of others. Reframing how you approach challenges and complications will dramatically shift how you cope with and lead others through continuous change.
