Jennifer Campbell is a data insights-driven marketing executive with over 30 years of experience, building and leading remarkable teams to create growth-marketing strategies across a variety of industries, from start-up to federal Crown Corporation. Throughout it all, she has seen significant growth and evolution in the marketing industry, yet still maintains that the fundamentals of insights, personalization, test and learn, and measurement remain core to any program’s success.
She has always embraced being an intrapreneur (even before she heard the term), creating and launching pilots to prove new business viability, in organizations from financial services to Canada Post.
An educator at heart, Jennifer has taught social media marketing courses, and spent 4 years as the program director for the Master of Management Analytics degree at Smith School of Business, Queen’s University.
Jennifer realized early on that she loves to facilitate connections and support others through their career journeys. She turned this passion into a career coaching role through the Canadian Marketing Association, having supported well over 100 marketers to date.
Last year, in collaboration with two former colleagues (proving yet again, the power of building and nurturing your network), she added “Co-Founder” to her career portfolio, with the launch of Empower/NFP, an organization focused on helping nonprofits leverage their donor data to drive growth.
With 3 full- and 30 half-marathons under her belt, she has cut back on her mileage but has added pickleball to the mix. 2
