A strong marketing plan is more than a document—it's a roadmap that connects strategy to execution, guides resource allocation, and influences key business decisions. In this interactive 2.5-hour virtual session, you'll be guided step-by-step through a proven strategic marketing plan template. You'll learn how to complete each section, connect marketing priorities to business objectives, and use the plan to support budget and resourcing conversations. This session is designed to demystify the strategic planning process and equip marketers with a practical, repeatable approach.
Note: This session is best suited for those who have completed the Marketing Planning Primer and already have a solid understanding of marketing objectives, strategies, and tactics.
Group rates: CMA offers special rates for groups of 6 or more. Please reach out to learning@thecma.ca to take advantage of group rates. Note: for group rates to apply, all registrations must be completed at the same time.
We recommend enrolling and completing the Marketing Planning Primer: Developing Marketing Objectives, Strategies & Tactics training prior to this session. The content in this session builds on the theory, examples, and tactics discussed in the Marketing Planning Primer session.
