Candace Knights, MBA, CM
Marketing Strategist, Communications Leader, Educator, Creative Entrepreneur 

Candace Knights, MBA, CM, is a bilingual marketing strategist, educator, and award-winning creative entrepreneur with experience spanning digital marketing, communications, content strategy, and audience engagement. Her career across government, national associations, higher education, and the creator economy gives her a unique perspective on how brands connect with audiences in today’s evolving digital landscape.

Candace has led bilingual digital communications programs, developed social media and content strategies, managed integrated campaigns, and created audience-focused communications for organizations including the Canadian Produce Marketing Association (CPMA) and the House of Commons of Canada. Her work combines strategic thinking, creativity, and data-informed decision-making to help organizations communicate effectively with their audiences.

As a Chartered Marketer (CM) and post-secondary instructor in Marketing Management and Digital Analytics & Campaign Analysis, Candace is passionate about helping emerging marketers apply strategy in real-world contexts. She has guided students through digital marketing, campaign planning, analytics, measurement, and the skills needed to succeed in today’s marketing environment.

Beyond her marketing and communications work, Candace is an award-winning content creator and creative entrepreneur. She has appeared as a beauty and industry expert on national television programs including Cityline TV, The Social, and The Good Stuff with Mary Berg, and was named to the Canadian Arts & Fashion Awards (CAFA) New Gen list recognizing emerging creative talent in Canada's fashion and beauty industries. Her experience building a personal brand and collaborating with consumer brands provides insight into creator marketing, influencer partnerships, and digital storytelling.
