Most marketing teams do not have an AI-output problem. They have a context problem. Campaign information is fragmented across emails, meetings, SharePoint sites, presentations, briefs, and individual team folders. Brand guidance is interpreted differently across departments. Marketers repeatedly search for the same information, reconstruct project context, and explain how work should be completed—only to receive generic outputs that still require extensive revision.

Microsoft Copilot Cowork can do more than draft content or summarize a document. When it is grounded in the right organizational knowledge and given a repeatable operating framework, Cowork can gather context across Microsoft 365, enrich incomplete inputs, coordinate multi-step work, prepare deliverables, and preserve knowledge as work moves between teams. In this practical session, participants will learn how to turn Cowork into a marketing operating system by connecting approved knowledge sources, structuring stronger tasks, and creating a concise SKILL.md file that captures workflows, brand standards, examples, quality criteria, and approval rules. No coding is required.
