Today's marketers sit on more customer data than ever, yet real-time, one-to-one personalization at scale still remains out of reach for most teams. Segments update slowly, and insights sit in dashboards nobody has time to read. Campaigns still treat audiences as static groups instead of individuals with shifting needs. AI agents are changing that equation, working continuously to surface fresh insights and personalize experiences without waiting on manual, quarterly analysis.

This training equips marketers with the skills to deploy AI agents that gather real-time customer insights and orchestrate personalized experiences across channels, turning personalization from a periodic campaign task into an always-on capability.

Group rates: CMA offers special rates for groups. Please reach out to learning@thecma.ca to take advantage of group rates. Note: for group rates to apply, all registrations must be completed at the same time.

Global MarTech & AI Leader
Founder & CEO, LinkLoop.ai

An award-winning, experienced senior marketing and AI leader, Smita has worked across telecom, nonprofit, agency, and international humanitarian sectors in Canada and around the world. With a specialty in MarTech strategy, AI-driven customer experience, and inclusive AI adoption, Smita is a natural leader, a mentor, and has a firm belief that AI has a responsibility to strengthen human judgment, not replace it.

As a ‘career’ MarTech and AI leader, digital transformation has been a professional passion of Smita's for over 20 years. Perhaps her love of systems and structure stemmed from her roots as an engineer. Smita built her early career in brand and marketing before moving into senior MarTech leadership, and has been hooked on the intersection of technology and human behaviour ever since.

Over the past two decades, Smita has held a variety of senior MarTech and digital leadership roles at some of Canada's most recognizable brands and causes, as well as with a leading international humanitarian organization on the global stage. Smita has also worked closely with the Canadian Marketing Association for many years — as a Chartered Marketer (CM), a CX Council member and awards judge, and a long-time contributing author for CMA thought leadership.

When she's not leading organizations through AI strategy and MarTech transformation, she teaches, she speaks, and she mentors up-and-coming marketers and founders. Smita often presents at industry conferences, AI leadership forums, and marketing events. She is also Founder & CEO of LinkLoop.ai, hosts The Intelligence Loop podcast, and serves as Ontario Co-Chair of the Canadian Australian Chamber of Commerce. In her free time, an entrepreneurial streak and a love of travel keep her just as busy outside the boardroom.
