This training shows participants how to use Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Cowork to manage their inboxes more efficiently. They will learn practical ways to prioritize messages, draft responses, find information across Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, and build simple workflows that reduce manual work and help them stay focused. Participants will also learn how Copilot works across Outlook, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint to help them find information faster, summarize conversations, and draft more informed responses.
