Doing good work has always mattered. Today, it is no longer enough.

As workplaces evolve and technology continues to reshape how we work, career growth increasingly depends on how effectively we communicate our value, manage complexity and continue learning.

In this session, Su McVey shares leadership principles that have proven to help leaders and managers to thrive and grow at work.

Through stories and real-world examples, participants will explore how the principles of Visibility, Capacity and Curiosity can help them recognize new opportunities, increase their professional impact and respond more effectively to change.

Rather than offering quick fixes, this session provides a framework that participants can immediately begin applying in their own careers.

Participants will:

  • Understand why visibility influences career growth and leadership opportunities.
  • Learn practical ways to increase professional credibility and influence.
  • Recognize how operational clarity and self-organization unlock capacity for leadership.
  • Appreciate curiosity as a lifelong competitive advantage.
  • Leave with a three step Visibility Framework they can begin applying immediately
