The journey continues
Our newest and largest cohort of CM learners
When I became President and CEO of the Canadian Marketing Association almost five years ago, the Chartered Marketer program was merely a concept. My first task was to build the product.
Doing so has been a real joy. It’s been a collaborative effort with Gabriele Janes and Stephen Ghigliotty, our wonderful teams of course developers and instructors, our software partner D2L, and our sponsors. We were all united in a common belief that marketing is a profession. This week, we begin our 10th semester with the largest incoming class by far, and with our largest Summit cohort entering the last phase of their CM journey.
The newest cohort is a diverse and talented group from across Canada and across industry sectors, including two marketers that came to us through the Pinball Foundation.
I am looking forward to watching the impact that this group makes on the marketing profession as they build and apply the knowledge that they gain through the Chartered Marketer program.
