Taking Your Email Marketing to the Next Level
Email marketing is one of the most dependable digital vehicles and is considered a linchpin program for marketers. This session is designed to help email marketers benchmark their email campaign and enhance their email strategy. Participants will learn about an email planning model to assess their current stage of email maturity and identify priority areas of improvement. There will be several working sessions on: data, technology, compliance, creative, journey planning, deliverability and measurement. Real case studies and industry examples will be discussed.
Marketing Specialists or Tech staff who want to enhance their email program and systems. This training can be a refresher for Managers who have responsibility for email marketing and want to drive better business results.
Participants should have some familiarity with the mechanics of email marketing planning and execution. They should be curious how they compare to other email marketers.
Geoff Linton, P.Eng, MBA, CM
Geoff is a marketing executive with over 30 years of applied marketing and business experience. He is a business engineer who helps companies build marketing and sales programs. His company Tekside.io is a leading email marketing services company that helps companies such as LCBO, Enercare, Telcos and a number of medium sized companies.
Previously Geoff was Founder and CEO of Inbox Marketer that served enterprise clients across North America. Back in the 90’s, Geoff was a Director of Client Services for the Loyalty Group/Air Miles and he was a College Professor in Marketing.
Now living in the Vancouver, he is a thought leader in the marketing industry and currently is the Co-Chair of the Canadian Marketing Association’s MarTech council.
Geoff holds both a P.Eng. and MBA from Queen’s University in Canada.
