We're excited to introduce our latest cohort of inspiring marketing professionals who have successfully completed the Digital Marketing Skills Certification (DMSC) program.
The DMSC program is a government-funded initiative designed to stimulate economic growth by connecting companies with upskilled marketing experts. This innovative program is a collaboration between Jelly Academy, Growclass, and the Canadian Marketing Association. Graduates hold certifications from Jelly Academy or Growclass, or possess the Chartered Marketer designation from the Canadian Marketing Association.
Meet Our Recent Graduates
Rahul Nanda – Chartered Marketer Grad
Rahul is a passionate marketing professional specializing in forging impactful partnerships in the arts and culture industry. Currently with the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF), he collaborates with some of Canada's most esteemed brands to amplify diverse voices in cinema. He firmly believes in the power of storytelling to inspire and connect communities.
With a robust background in corporate partnerships, Rahul has managed significant sponsorship portfolios, including Chevrolet's marketing investments in soccer, hockey, and motorsports. Internationally, he has overseen sponsorships valued between $50–55 million across various sports and emerging properties.
A Chartered Marketer from the Canadian Marketing Association, Rahul holds a postgraduate degree in Brand Management from MICA (Mudra Institute of Communication, Ahmedabad). His prior roles span media marketing, advertising, and sports retail with leading organizations. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and exploring diverse cultures, embracing the philosophy that "things happen for a reason."
Lisa-Jane Hayfron – Jelly Academy Grad
Lisa-Jane is an experienced marketing and communications professional with over eight years of developing and executing high-impact strategies. She has a strong background in driving successful marketing campaigns, managing large-scale events, and cultivating strategic partnerships that elevate brand presence and foster business growth. Passionate about creating impactful stories and building connections that resonate with audiences, she excels at aligning marketing efforts with business goals to enhance engagement and deliver results.
Her achievements include crafting compelling communications across various platforms and orchestrating events—from community-focused initiatives to diverse B2C and B2B events across multiple industries. Lisa-Jane leverages data-driven analysis to inform strategic decisions, resulting in successful outcomes and significant growth. She is skilled in managing end-to-end projects, implementing multicultural marketing initiatives, and driving DEI-focused organizational change strategies.

Bisola Ogamba – Growclass Grad
Bisola is a senior marketing and partnerships manager with over 10 years of dynamic experience in marketing, strategy development, and brand management. She specializes in crafting and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business growth and enhance brand visibility. With a proven track record in launching successful products, establishing brand identities, and fostering strategic partnerships, she has led cross-functional teams to develop high-impact marketing campaigns.
Her credentials include a Certificate in Applied Product Management from SAIT, a Certificate in Media Enterprise from Pan-Atlantic University, and a CIPR Certification from the Chartered Institute of Public Relations. Bisola's key skills encompass strategic brand management, product management, marketing strategy, partnership management, and integrated marketing campaigns.
Bisola excels in analyzing market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and inform marketing strategies. She has directed the development of comprehensive marketing plans aligned with organizational goals and has implemented innovative strategies to increase market share and revenue expansion.
